Madrigal Singers 2007-08

Since 1998, Ms. Schiek has taken the position of leading the Madrigal Singers in numerous a cappella performances for community and civic organizations locally and around the northeast. They sing a variety of styles from Renaissance to Jazz and always strive for a high caliber of musicianship.
This sub-group of the Concert Choir is auditioned each spring for the upcoming school year. The Madrigals are usually available for presentations during November, December, April, May and June. For more information, contact the director at (518) 824-4616.

Auditions
Letters (contracts) were mailed June 18th and 19th to prospective Madrigals for the 2008-09 group.

Rehearsal Schedule:
Wednesday evenings 7-8:30pm (first evening in the fall will be Sept. 10)
Tuesday @ 7am (first morning in the fall will be Sept. 9)
Wednesday @ 7am
Thursday @ 7am
If we have a delay, rehearsal will begin 30 minutes prior to the school start.
If a morning rehearsal is cancelled due to school closing, we will make it up on the next Friday morning.
