Grief is a difficult topic universally felt and shared, yet uncomfortable to talk about.
Kim Perone, a certified life coach and grief educator, will offer a virtual workshop titled, “Navigating Loss: A Guide to Bereavement for Families,” at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10.
During the webinar, Perone will share her own story of loss and provide information for families.
“Supporting ourselves and our families after a loss is very difficult,” said Michael Brannigan, director of Social and Emotional Learning and School Development at Queensbury Union Free School District. “This session will explore the stages of grief and how to lend support to those who are struggling.”
