Four students in robes are inducted into honor society.

Four Queensbury High School seniors became members of the National Honor Society during a ceremony on Wednesday, Dec. 18 in the QHS Queensbury Room.

Parker Dixon, Colin McMahon, Alayna Viault and Delaney Wilson joined an esteemed group of students who not only excel academically, but also embody the core values of the National Honor Society: scholarship, leadership, service and character.

“Your induction strengthens the culture of excellence here at Queensbury High School,” Principal Andrew Snide told the students. “It shows your peers that success is not just about personal gain but about contributing to something greater than oneself.”

Superintendent of Schools Kyle Gannon applauded the students and their parents for the students’ school involvement.

“These young minds have actively participated in school activities, from academic competitions to community service projects,” Gannon said. “Their dedication to making a positive impact on our school community is truly notable.”
