Queensbury Union Free School District will offer full-day Universal Prekindergarten for the 2025-26 school year. There will be 90 seats available through a random lottery. The lottery opens Jan. 13. To be eligible, children must be residents of Queensbury and must turn 4 years old on or before Dec. 1, 2025 (date of birth between 12/2/2020-12/1/2021). A child who is age eligible to attend kindergarten is not eligible for the UPK program.

Students in grades 6-12 will report to school after the two-hour delay. Students in grades UPK-5 will not report to school today due to the planned half-day for Parent Conferences.
