Students who received Seals of Biliteracy.

Thirty-four QHS students received the Seal of Biliteracy — and a few received the Seal of Triliteracy — during a ceremony Thursday, May 30.

The Seal of Biliteracy is an award that formally recognizes students who have attained a high level of proficiency in two or more world languages — one of which must be English — by high school graduation. Eligible students apply in the fall of their senior year and complete the project requirements in the spring semester. The Seal of Biliteracy is then affixed to the student’s diploma and noted on the graduation program.
