Renee Beaulieu, a school improvement specialist and parent, will host a live Parents as Partners webinar titled “Navigating Difficult Conversations with Your Pre/Young Teen,” from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28.

“As our children grow, the challenges they face can intensify,” said Michael Brannigan, director of Social and Emotional Learning and School Development at Queensbury UFSD. “Open communication and tough conversations are part of that growing process for parents and students.”

The webinar will discuss how to create opportunities to start important discussions and ways to help make it easier for your preteen and young teenagers to share their thoughts. Participants will have an opportunity to share their concerns and/or successes.
